He is a qualified and registered social worker and an experienced trainer and has devised and presented to many Local Authorities and National charities on topics covering Safeguarding, Cultural Competency, Adverse Childhood Experiences and Recording Keeping. Additionally, he supports foster Carers who are involved in allegation. His ambition is to empower those who work with vulnerable children with the skills and knowledge needed to understand trauma, subsequently improving outcomes and life opportunities for those in the care system.
