By the end of the course delegates will be able to:- 

• Explain what LGBTQ is
• How many different terminologies there are to describe individuals
• Know why having an awareness of LGBTQ is relevant to you and your work setting
• Be more aware of the challenges that children and young people face when identifying with any area of LGBTQ+
• How to support children and young people under LGBTQ+
