Overview

By the end of this 2 day course, delegates will understand the differences between a brief enquiry and a full age assessment, and be able to develop a structured process for conducting assessments in a child-centered way. They will learn to use up-to-date guidance and reports to support their evaluations and understand the statutory roles of all involved parties. The course will boost confidence in writing analytical assessments, addressing challenges in the process, and using real-life case studies to illustrate best practices.
