I found the training really informative. It surprised me how rife discrimination is for those of protective characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. There needs to be a greater awareness of intersectionality. Training should be compulsory within the public & private sectors of employment to educate & reduce discrimination & violence both at work & at home.
