For the last 30 years, Annette Barnes has been working in key roles as a Company Director, Manager and Training Consultant and running Leadership and Management, Project Management and Team Leader programmes for Blue Chip companies and for Local Authorities including Liverpool City Council, Sefton Council and St Helen’s Council. Annette’s qualifications include CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 7 in Strategic Management & Leadership (including Strategic Planning), a BSc in Organisation & Management Studies and a Certificate in Education and a Further Education Teaching Certificate. An experienced and engaging Coach, she has successfully trained & coached thousands of people in key areas of Leadership & Management, usually to relevant standards, bringing her own experience of high-level management in the workplace to inform and inspire her students.
