IT Training
Talking Life’s portfolio of Information Technology (IT) courses features the Microsoft programmes most commonly used in the workplace. If staff are required to use complicated software in their daily working life they may need to undertake training to enable them to be more competent and comfortable in using Microsoft’s Word, Powerpoint and Excel software. We also offer training on MS Teams and Zoom which will be of particular value to those working from home but struggling to master key functions.
Our introductory and intermediate courses are led by a team of expert Software Trainers all with excellent communication skills, to make the technical understandable. We can also offer some IT courses in the Welsh language.

How to use Microsoft Teams
This 2-3 hour course is for individuals in the organisation who need to either ‘meet’, ‘train’ or communicate using the virtual platform of MS Teams. The course will give delegates the confidence to use all the tools available on the platform and give them useful hints and tips on how to make the experience as close to a face-to-face or classroom experience as possible.
Delegates will be given a comprehensive ‘how to’ guide on how to use MS Teams which will be used to work through the session and which can be taken away to refer to later.
